5. Simulate an Applicant
Create an Applicant in Fountain
Return to the Private funnel Opening, then Select Settings, then select View Job.
Complete the Application Form with test data and then you will automatically transition to the first stage in the Opening workflow.

Don't Panic if your application continues to refresh!
You have your testbed now and as you update your Partner Account Settings you will be able to put your test applicant through the workflow
- Update your Partner Account to show applicants an interface
- Update Rules in your Partner Stage to automatically advance Applicants.
- Example: If Partner status is Completed then Move applicant to stage Approved
- Return to the Job Opening workflow page and move on to the next steps in this guide.

- After submitting this Application Form, you see the Applicant created under the first stage in the Opening workflow.
Confirm Receipt of Applicant Data
- If you previously added your Partner Stage as the first workflow stage, the Applicant will land in your Partner Stage immediately after you submit the Application Form.
- Every time an Applicant lands in your Partner Stage the
applicant_webhookwill be triggered sending the Applicant's Data to that URL. - By default, the
applicant_webhookwill make a POST request with the following Applicant data:
