Cue Launch Keynote

Cue Launch Keynote - YouTube

Watch the full replay of the Cue Launch Keynote.

This keynote introduces a shift in how workforce management is defined and executed.

For decades, the tools evolved. The job did not.

From whiteboards to dashboards, the model stayed the same: humans watching, deciding, and fixing.

Cue challenges that assumption.

This session walks through:

• Why “management” has always been the constraint
• What actually matters operationally at scale
• How Cue moves from monitoring work to doing the work
• Real examples of autonomous execution across hiring, scheduling, and operations

From filling shifts to generating hiring plans to resolving bottlenecks before they surface, Cue is designed to operate directly on outcomes, not reports.

This is not another layer of software. It is a different model.
